Capcom’s legendary fighting game is about to land on Apple and Android mobile devices later this month thanks to the team at Crunchyroll Games. Street Fighter: Duel is the first RPG in the franchise, with pre-registration is open to gamers in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom through the App Store and Google Play.

Explore the world with stops in classic and new locations to battle out members of the shadowy Shadaloo army while recruiting famous fighters like Ryu, Akuma, Chun-Li, and Cammy. Unlock over 40 playable characters and build them into an unstoppable team of three for battle. Want a different look when going head-to-head online? Spice up each character’s appearance with unlockable outfits. Use the game’s real-time combat mode or auto-battle to advance through bouts with Shadaloo and their minions, or venture online in fights against other players around the world.

While Street Fighter: Duel is free to play, it does have in-app purchases towards its in-game currency. Players who pre-register ahead of the launch will receive additional bonuses at specific tiers — 100,000 registrations will provide 5,000 Cash, 50 Gems, and 20 A Grade Fragments, but if one million people sign-up, they will get 10,000 Cash, 300 Gems, and 5 Arcade Coins. The more who pre-register, the better the rewards!

First released by Capcom as an arcade game in 1987, Street Fighter has gone on to become one of the most popular games franchise in the world with six mainline titles, multiple spin-offs on most consoles, live-action movies, an anime (which is available on Crunchyroll), and comics. Its characters are loved globally, appearing in other fighting games, like Tekken and Super Smash Bros.
