In a world where nearly 80 percent of the population are born with unique abilities, many of these use their powers for good, but there are some, who choose to use them for more malevolent purposes. This is the story of the “vigilantes.”

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, a prequel manga to Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia, is written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court, was serialized first in Jump Giga before transitioning to Shonen Jump+ from August 20th, 2016 until May 28th, 2022. In North America, VIZ Media distributes the English-translated manga in print and digital formats.
