A special streaming event is taking place on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, to provide new details of the anticipated second season for Ace of Diamond act II. It is scheduled to stream on YouTube at 7:30 pm JST (3:30 am PDT / 6:30 am EDT).
The official Twitter/X account for the anime stated the stream will broadcast from the Ace of Diamond act II Original Art Exhibition hosted at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro. The event showcases artwork from the manga and includes a recreated clubroom, runs September 12th to 28th.
Ryota Osaka, the voice of Eijun Sawamura, and Takahiro Sakurai, the voice of Kazuya Miyuki, are scheduled to make an appearance in the video stream.

Kodansha provided a synopsis of the series on their website:
Eijun Sawamura had his heart set on the middle-school national baseball championships. But his team is eliminated thanks to a wild pitch thrown by Eijun himself. He’s planning to go to high school with his teammates and try again next year when he’s scouted by the famous Seido High School Baseball team. When he goes for a campus visit, he finds himself on the receiving end of a baptism by fire! His experience forming a battery with up-and-coming catcher Miyuki rekindles his passion for baseball!!
Written and illustrated by Yuji Terajima, Ace of Diamond was serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine between May 2006 and January 2015; a sequel, titled Ace of Diamond act II, was serialized between August 2015 and October 2022. Kodansha’s North American branch published the manga in digital and print formats.
The manga was adapted into a television anime by Madhouse, spanning 126 episodes between October 2013 and March 2016. Subsequently, the first season of Ace of Diamond act II aired from April 2019 to March 2020, comprising 52 episodes.
