Crunchyroll Manga will launch on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, as a standalone app on Android and Apple iOS devices in Canada and the United States, followed by a web release on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025.
Packed from the start, Crunchyroll touts a strong line-up from big-name publishers AlphaPolis, COMPASS, Square Enix, VIZ Media, and Yen Press. Future expansions are expected to include titles from Shueisha, J-Novel Club, ThirdlineNEXT, and highstone, among others.
In a press release, Crunchyroll highlighted a selection of titles, including One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, Daemons of the Shadow Realm, My Dress-Up Darling, The Summer Hikaru Died, Lycoris Recoil, Delicious in Dungeon, Sasaki and Miyano, Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy, and Maiden of the Dragon: Falling for the Demon’s Lies. Additional series across multiple genres will join the library over the coming months.
All subscription tiers of Crunchyroll can enjoy unlimited ad-free reading across multiple devices, offline reading, light and dark modes, expansive two-page spreads, and personalized reading lists with curated recommendations.
The basic Fan + Manga subscription is priced at $15.49 CAD per month, which includes $5.50 CAD for the Manga add-on, while the higher Mega Fan + Manga subscription is offered at $17.49 CAD a month, with $5.00 CAD for the Manga add-on.
Crunchyroll previously offered a similar service under the same name for nearly a decade; it was shut down in December 2023.
