The Chainsaw Man panel at Jump Festa ’26 was bursting with updates on Tatsuki Fujimoto’s work, including two teaser videos that got attendees buzzing.
On stage, Tomori Kusunoki as the voice of Makima, Reina Ueda as the voice of Reze, Kikunosuke Toya as the voice of Denji, and Shogo Sakata as the voice of Aki kicked things off with a retrospective over the recent release of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc.
The first of two trailers announced the production of Chainsaw Man – Assassins Arc from animation studio MAPPA, though no further information regarding a premiere was made available.
The second, was not related to Chainsaw Man, but to Fujimoto’s other work, Look Back, which is being adapted into a live-action film by K2 Pictures. A roadshow to promote the movie in Japan will take place in 2026.
