Closing out the Jump Super Stage at Jump Festa ’26, the ONE PIECE panel embraced a Chopper theme, with the cast sporting reindeer antlers, blue nose paint, and pink clothing.
As always, it was an ensemble line-up with Mayumi Tanaka as the voice of Monkey D. Luffy, Akemi Okamura as the voice of Nami, Kazuya Nakai as the voice of Zoro, Kappei Yamaguchi as the voice of Usopp, Hiroaki Hirata as the voice of Sanji, Ikue Otani as the voice of Tony Tony Chopper,Yuriko Yamaguchi as the voice of Nico Robin, Subaru Kimura as the voice of Franky, Cho as the voice of Brook, and, Katsuaki Hoki as the voice of Jinbe.
The panel opened with a live-action Chopper audition where the cast re-enacted manga scenes involving the Straw Hat’s beloved medic.
A trailer for the second season of the Netflix series ONE PIECE was played, showing Mikaela Hoover recording her lines as the voice of Chopper, then with the various actors (including Ikue Otani) dubbing the voice into their languages. Season two of ONE PIECE premieres exclusively on Netflix on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026.
Continuing with the Chopper theme, Chopper’s is a new animated mini-series which will broadcast on Fuji TV starting Monday, January 5th, 2026.
This was followed by an updated trailer for the Elbaph Arc which begins in April 2026.
The winner of the 7th annual One Piece Knowledge King Competition was announced, with champion Kyan receiving a flag and a shikishi illustration of Shanks drawn by Eiichiro Oda.
Eiichiro Oda’s closing letter expressed gratitude and urged fans to anticipate the remake series The One Piece, the upcoming second season on Netflix, after which the cast ended the panel with a performance of “Family.”
But after the lights dimmed, fans were treated to one more special video with the ONE PIECE live-action cast to build hype for the upcoming second season.
