On Friday, November 11th, 2022, communities around Metro Vancouver will host smaller in-person events to commemorate Remembrance Day. Poppies are available by donation from volunteers outside large stores or through the Royal Canadian Legion with all monies support our veterans.

Each year, at the eleventh minute of the eleventh hour, Canadians pause to remember the sacrifices the men and women, from all walks of life, have given for our country in times of war and peace.

The large ceremony at Vancouver’s Victory Square, is by invite only this year, however, will be broadcast live by CTV, Global and CBC on television.

Lest we forget.
