Aristocratic Ciel Phantomhive and his demonic valet Sebastian Michaelis are back in class, and Crunchyroll has them reunited with their original English voice actors in Black Butler: Public School Arc. The English dub of the anime began on Saturday, April 27th, 2024; new episodes will follow each Saturday.
Brina Palencia and J.Michael Tatum reprise their roles of Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis, respectively, according to a press release from Crunchyroll.
Crunchyroll also provided a synopsis of Black Butler: Public School Arc:
Amidst Britain’s elite, Weston College defies government oversight. So, when students vanish—including the son of Queen Victoria’s cousin—Her Majesty sends her Watchdog Ciel Phantomhive to investigate. With his loyal demon butler, Sebastian, Ciel must navigate treacherous school politics and infiltrate Weston’s model prefects, the P4, if he is to unravel the mysteries that shroud this institution.
