The Final Fantasy video games series is filled with memorable music. From intense battles to mystical realms, these timeless themes resonate with gamers and non-gamers the world over.
Final Symphony is a one-night concert by the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra with conductor Andrew Crust, performing songs from three of the series’ most recognizable titles: FINAL FANTASY VI – Symphonic Poem (Born with the Gift of Magic) by Nobuo Uematsu, FINAL FANTASY X – Piano Concerto by Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu, and FINAL FANTASY VII – Symphony in Three Movements by Nobuo Uematsu.
Unlike the Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds concert tours, Final Symphony contains no video game footage or cinematics. The concert is created, directed and produced by Thomas Böcker and officially licensed by Square Enix.
Final Symphony takes place on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 at 8:00 pm PST at the Orpheum theatre in Vancouver. Tickets are available for purchase online.
