Final Fantasy VII Revelation

Final Fantasy VII Remake concludes in Spring 2027

The epic finale to the Final Fantasy VII Remake series is scheduled to launch in Spring 2027, according to Square Enix.

Final Fantasy VII Revelation is the last in a trilogy that revisited one of revisiting one of Square Enix’s most influential video games. It is preceded by Final Fantasy VII Remake (2020) and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (2024).

In the final installment, fans can look forward to a number of new features and improvements: The hybrid battle system has been further fine‑tuned; Vincent Valentine, previously an NPC, is now fully playable; Players can explore the world aboard the airship Highwind and parachute into new locations without needing to land the aircraft.

Final Fantasy VII is described as:

Cloud Strife, an ex‑SOLDIER, takes a mercenary job with the eco‑group AVALANCHE, which plans to destroy a Mako reactor harvesting the planet’s energy. What begins as a temporary job becomes a journey that forces Cloud’s fragmented past to intertwine with the fate of the planet itself.

Final Fantasy VII Revelation will launch on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
