Only seven days remain before Asta resumes his journey in the manga Black Clover, after a three-month hiatus in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.

This announcement was shared on the official Black Clover manga Twitter account. It mentioned that a special header image is being released in portions leading up to the return of the serialization.

Work on Black Clover was paused with the publication of Weekly Shonen Jump No. 23 on May 9th, 2022 following an announcement made on April 25th, 2022. The break was attributed to creator Yuki Tabata requiring rest before starting the manga’s final storyline.

Young orphan Asta dreams of becoming the next Wizard King. The only problem is, Asta cannot wield magic, and, to his dismay, his friend and fellow orphan Yuno can conjure up spells amazingly. After receiving their grimoires, the two join separate Magic Knight squads — Asta with the Black Bulls and Yuno with the Golden Dawn. Thus begins the journey…

Black Clover is written and illustrated by Yuki Tabata and first serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump on February 16th, 2015. In North America, Viz Media handles the publication of the English-translated version in both digital and physical formats.
