On the final night of the 2023 Honda Celebration of Light fireworks festival, Blue Peacock Fireworks representing the Philippines, put on an incredible show for the crowds packing the beaches of English Bay for the Saturday evening show.
My vantage point from the Burrard Street Bridge was the perfect place to capture photos of the pyrotechnic performance. I used the 18-55mm kit lens with the ISO set to 100, an f-stop of 10, and exposures between 1.6 and 2 seconds for best results. A zoom lens works wonders when shooting through the fencing on the bridge walkway.
