Despite experiencing one of the most difficult years in recent history, BC Ferries is looking forward to the future on improving services to the communities along our expansive coastline. Charting the Course is an online survey to provide feedback and suggestions to the transportation company.
BC Ferries has a vision on transforming the service into 2050 and it needs to understand how passengers feel about affordability, reliability, integration with other transportation options, safety, environmental responsibility, sustainability, and customer experience.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and closes on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023.
