Paranormal fans will need to wait a while for any new episodes of DAN DA DAN as their broadcast won’t take place until 2027 according to the panel held at Jump Festa ’26.
On stage, Mayumi Tanaka as the voice of Turbo Granny joined Kaito Ishikawa as the voice of Jiji, Ayane Sakura as the voice Aira, Natsuki Hanae as the voice of Okarun, and Shion Wakayama as the voice of Momo Ayase.

The panel began with a time-lapse video of Yukinobu Tatsu sketching Momo, Okarun, and Turbo Granny on a shikishi board. It was followed by the cast revisiting their favourite season two scenes and having a fun time with each other on stage.
However, the biggest news was that a third season of the DAN DA DAN anime is in production, but it will not air until 2027.
Shion Wakayama wrapped up the panel by reading a letter by Yukinobu Tatsu where he thanked both the fans and animation staff. He added that some original content was included in the second season of DAN DA DAN, calling out how the voice actors handled their roles. The letter ended with additional thanks for fans reactions to his work citing them as a source of inspiration.
