Following the broadcast of “More,” the special episode exploring the adult lives of Class 1‑A eight years after the events of My Hero Academia, another standalone episode was announced.
“I Am a Hero Too” was revealed as the next single episode in production. It is based on a one‑shot by series creator Kohei Horikoshi that appeared in the fan book My Hero Academia Ultra Age in December 2024. The story follows Eri—now a teenager—as she steps into U.A. High School as a student.
No further details were provided, but are expected in the future.
The announcement was made as part of the ongoing 10th anniversary celebrations for the My Hero Academia anime. Other events have included the release of “More” and a touring symphonic concert.
