An exciting adventure is coming to theatres this month. GKIDS is bringing Shoji Kawamori’s first feature film, Labyrinth, to screens on Sunday, May 10th, 2026.
Canadian theatre chain Cineplex will offer the film in both subtitled and dubbed versions.
The Japanese voice cast features:
- SUZUKA (from ATARASHII GAKKO!) as the voice of Shiori
- Taizo Harada as the voice of Komori
- Takuto Teranishi as the voice of Suguru
- Jun Saitō as the voice of Yamada
- Aoi Itō as the voice of Kirara
The English voice cast highlights:
- Shay Rudolph as the voice of Shiori
- Jesse Inocalla as the voice of Komori
- Nicholas Leung as the voice of Suguru
- Patrick Mealey as the voice of Yamada
- Brianna Gentilella as the voice of Kirara

Labyrinth is directed by Shoji Kawamori, with a screenplay by Taichi Hashimoto. Tom Yoda and Yoko Matsuzaki served as executive producers, with Masaaki Terada, Kazuki Oshima, and Shoko Iwamoto as producers; Taichi Hashimoto as creative producer; Toshiaki Obata as planning producer; and animation production by SANZIGEN.
GKIDS describes Labyrinth as:
Shiori is a typical high school student who dreams of online stardom, but struggles to capture attention. After an embarrassing video of her goes viral, she gets trapped in her smartphone and replaced by a charismatic alter ego. As the doppelganger charms the internet and devises a nefarious plot to replace mankind with brainrot, Shiori must partner with other online outcasts to stop her digital counterpart and reclaim her life in the real world.
Labyrinth opened in Japanese theatres on January 1st, 2026.
