Four additional artists announced for 2026 Crunchyroll Anime Awards

With the tenth annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards ceremony around the corner, four new musical artists have been announced ahead of the gala later this month.

This year’s newest presenters include Thai K‑pop rapper BamBam from GOT7, American pianist and songwriter Ethan Bortnick, Thai K‑pop singer and dancer TEN, and GRAMMY®‑nominated Puerto Rican musician Young Miko.

They join an already star‑studded lineup that includes Asuka Saito, RZA, Rashmika Mandanna, The Weeknd, Winston Duke, among others.

Since its inception in 2017, the Crunchyroll Anime Awards has grown significantly from its original 12 categories to 32 as of this year.

The Crunchyroll Anime Awards is scheduled for Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, taking place in Tokyo, Japan, with veteran hosts Jon Kabira and Sally Amaki returning. The preshow begins at 5:00 pm JST (1:00 am PDT / 4:00 am EDT), with the ceremony starting at 6:00 pm JST (2:00 am PDT / 5:00 am EDT). It will stream on Crunchyroll’s YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels, as well as Sony’s Japan and Global YouTube channels and available in English, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Castilian Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Italian, and Latin American Spanish.
