The first volume in the manga adaptation of Kingdom Hearts III was released today in Japan. It joins previous instalments in the franchise to receive a manga treatment.

Like the 2019 video game, volume starts Sora, Donald, and Goofy off in the world from Disney’s Hercules, the Olympus Coliseum, with the son of Zeus himself, Hercules. Meg, Phil and Pegasus also join in the adventure to save their world from the Hades’ evil schemes.

The Kingdom Hearts III manga is by Shiro Amano, with character design by Tetsuya Nomura and published by Square Enix’s manga arm, Gangan Comics. It is available both in print or digital formats.
