The first 27 episodes of Naruto are on their way to a home release on Blu-ray Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 according to a tweet from Viz Media.
Based on the popular manga by Masashi Kishimoto, the Naruto anime first aired in Japan on October 3rd, 2002 and concluded after 220 episodes. A second series, titled Naruto Shippuden started broadcasting February 15th, 2007.
The first 27 episodes include the Land of the Waves arc and the beginning of the Chunin Exams storyline. This Blu-ray collection also includes an exclusive interview with Maile Flanagan, the English voice actor of Naruto Uzumaki.
