TV Tokyo has revealed the upcoming opening and closing themes for Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime series will feature songs by KANA-BOON and Lenny code fiction premiering on July 3rd, 2022.

The Japanese rock band KANA-BOON is no stranger to Naruto fans as this is their fifth appearance in the Naruto anime franchise. “Kirarirari” will open new episodes of Boruto starting next month and the band is happy to be back working with the show for the 20th anniversary of the Naruto anime according to a post on Twitter.

In their first appearance on Boruto, Lenny code fiction will have their song “Biboroku” close out the show for the ending credits. Guitarist and vocalist Wataru Katagiri says he’s “thrilled to be in charge of the ending song” and describes the idea behind it relates to kindness.
