ELEVEN ARTS and Viz Media are bringing Boruto: Naruto the Movie to select theatres across the United States this October. Naruto has achieved his dream of becoming Hokage and has started a family; but his own son, Boruto, wants to make a name for himself.

With the Hidden Leaf Village preparing for the annual Chunin Exams, ninja from five allied villages are lined up to prove themselves capable of passing the grueling tests. Boruto, along with Sasuke’s daughter Sarada and the enigmatic Mitsuki, are lined up for the shinobi’s assessment. Boruto, looking to surpass his father, begs for Sasuke to train him.

In the midst of the Chunin Exams, Naruto is attacked by two shadowy figures from another dimension, the same people Sasuke was fighting years befoe. Before disappearing, Naruto entrusts Boruto to Sasuke. What evil power awaits Boruto, Sasuke and the Five Kage? Will Naruto survive?
