Ten years ago, Vancouver hosted the 2010 Winter Olympics, and a festival and gala event will be held Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 in Jack Poole Plaza to celebrate this anniversary.
The family-friendly festival is open 11:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST with Olympic athletes, sports displays, live entertainment and food options.
The gala dinner, held in the evening and separate ticketed event, will include 60 Olympians and Paralympians with a relighting of the Olympic Cauldron and commemoration of the four weeks of the winter games a decade ago.
