Earlier today, artwork of characters from Rumiko Takahashi was making the rounds on social media, fueling thought of a follow up her popular manga Inuyasha.
Editor’s Note:
This is now official according to a press release supplied by Viz Media.
Twitter user @RanobeSugoi shared some colourized sketches of five characters from Hanyo no Yashahime, two of which at the back are Sesshomaru and Inuyasha. Details about the characters in the foreground were not revealed.
Since completing Inuyasha in 2008, Takahashi worked on Rin-ne and has now moved onto a new story called MAO, which appears in Weekly Shonen Sunday.
