Come out and celebrate Canada Day on Saturday, July 1st, 2023, as many cities around the Lower Mainland will host parties featuring First Nations performances, live entertainment, food trucks, parades, and plenty of family-friendly fun.
While Vancouver may have forgone fireworks due to costs, other cities like Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster and White Rock will all have pyrotechnical performances in the late evening.
As July 1st falls on a Saturday, TransLink services will operate on a holiday schedule.
