A third season of the anime Tokyo Revengers will broadcast this October, adapting the Tenjiku Arc of the manga by Ken Wakui, according to the show’s official Twitter account.
A brief teaser was also shared to YouTube and Twitter, introducing new characters in this gritty series involving Tokyo’s criminal underworld.
Japanese television stations MBS, TV Tokyo, AT-X will carry the new episodes of Tokyo Revengers; they will stream on Disney+ globally, excluding mainland China.
Joining the returning cast are newcomers:
- Seiichiro Yamashita as Kakucho
- Tetsu Inada as Kanji Mochizuki
- Kouki Uchiyama as Shion Madarame
- Daisuke Namikawa as Ran Haitani
- Hiro Shimono as Rindo Haitani
Tokyo Revengers, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui, was serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine from March 1st, 2017 until November 16th, 2022, and is currently published in omnibus format by Seven Seas Entertainment in North America.
