Multi Naruto Shirt Jutsu! Uniqlo unveils ninja tees for series 20th anniversary

In commemoration of the 20 years since the Naruto anime first hit airwaves in 2002, Uniqlo has announced a collaboration featuring six designs from Masashi Kishimoto’s manga as part of the Japanese fast fashion retailer’s UT line.

Of the six styles available, the tees will include imagery of popular characters and jutsu from the manga — the Akatsuki rogue ninja group, Kakashi challenging bell exam, the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze, Naruto’s Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu, Sasuke’s Mangekyo Sharingan warped into the eyes itself, and the legendary Toad Sage Jiraiya.

Each top is priced at $29.90 CAD, ranging in adult sizes from extra extra small to extra large, and will be available in both Uniqlo stores across Canada and on their website on June 26th, 2023.

Naruto was first serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine back on September 21st, 1999 and then subsequently adapted into an anime on October 3rd, 2002. The manga finished on November 10th, 2014, followed by the anime on March 23rd, 2017.
