Another video game concert is coming to Vancouver’s Orpheum Theatre. On Wednesday, February 7th, 2024, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and conductor Arnie Roth will bring the NieR:Orchestra Concert 12024 [ the end of data ] to life through music and exciting visuals from the Square Enix-published series.
Revisit the NeiR universe with the sights and sounds from NeiR, NeiR: Automata, and NeiR: Reincarnation, featuring soloists Emi Evans and J’nique Nicole. Plus, the voices of 2B (Kira Buckland) and 9S (Kyle McCarley) will appear in a new episode directed by Yoko Taro, just for concertgoers!
In addition to general admission for the concert, for $186.90 CAD a pop, VIP Meet and Greet tickets guarantee premium seating in the dress circle and an after-performance opportunity to take photos and get autographs from Emi Evans, J’Nique Nicole, Keiichi Okabe, Yosuke Saito and Arnie Roth.
As a spin-off of the Drakengard series, NieR was first released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2010, followed by NieR: Automata on the PlayStation 4 and Windows in 2017, Xbox One in 2018, and Nintendo Switch in 2022, and a mobile game called NieR Reincarnation for Android and iOS devices in 2021.
