Get ready for espionage action when season two of SPY×FAMILY returns on October 7th, 2023. In Japan, TV Tokyo and its affiliate channels will broadcast the anime, while outside of Asia, it will more than likely stream on Crunchyroll.

In the teaser that was uploaded onto YouTube, the song “Kurakura” by Ado will open the new episodes, while Vaundy’s “Todome no Ichigeki” featuring Cory Wong will play over the closing credits.

The Japanese voice cast is billed with:

  • Takuya Eguchi as Loid Forger
  • Atsumi Tanezaki as Anya Forger
  • Saori Hayami as Yor Forger
  • Kenichiro Matsuda as Bond Forger
  • Hiroyuki Yoshino as Franky Franklin
  • Yuko Kaida as Sylvia Sherwood
  • Kazuhiro Yamaji as Henry Henderson
  • Kensho Ono as Yuri Briar
  • Natsumi Fujiwara as Damien Desmond
  • Emiri Kato as Becky Blackbell
  • Ayane Sakura as Fiona Frost

Working on SPY×FAMILY season two are directors Kazuhiro Furuhashi and Takahiro Harada, series composter Ichiro Okochi, character designer Kazuaki Shimada, art director Minami Usui, 3D computer graphics director Katsuaki Miyaji, music producer (K)NoW_NAME, sound director Shoji Hata, and animation production by WIT STUDIO×CloverWorks.

Ostania and Westalis are at war — Westalis calls up their best spy, codenamed “Twilight”, to infiltrate and mingle with Ostania’s crème de la crème of society. Twilight — now as Loid Forger — builds his family, his new wife Yor Briar and adopted daughter Anya have their own special skills, unbeknownst to each other. This makes for unpredictable scenarios where each of their own true identities must remain a secret for the success of their mission.

SPY×FAMILY is an adaptation of the manga of the same name by Tatsuya Endo which is serialized in Shueisha’s online platform Shonen Jump+ in Japan and by Viz Media in North America. It is also available on the MANGA Plus app.
