SPY×FAMILY movie theme song revealed

A new teaser for the upcoming flick SPY×FAMILY CODE: White included a clip of the movie’s theme song by Japanese pop band Official Hige Dandism.

Titled “SOULSOUP”, it is the band’s second appearance in the SPY×FAMILY series after “Mixed Nuts” was used as the first season opening.

Formed in 2012, Official Hige Dandism is comprised of guitarist Daisuke Ozasa, drummer Masaki Matsuura, lead vocalist and keyboardist Satoshi Fujihara, and bassist and saxophonist Makoto Narasaki. Their first single “Love to Peace ha kimi no naka” was released in 2015, followed by their major single “No Doubt” in 2018.

The Forgers are going on a trip as Loid, Yor, Anya and Bond embark on their biggest adventure yet! Westalia has selected Loid to infiltrate Ostania’s upper society in preventing war and he will do what it takes to fulfill his mission and that means building a fake family. The movie features an all-new storyline not adapted from Tatsuya Endo’s manga.

SPY×FAMILY CODE: White is scheduled to sneak into Japanese theatres on December 22nd, 2023.
