The Straw Hats have embarked on a new adventure, setting their sights on Egghead, a land leading the way with technology. While the new season of One Piece premieres today, Netflix subscribers will get to watch starting Saturday, January 13th, 2024, according to the streaming service via Twitter/X.
The Straw Hats sail to the wondrously ultra-modern Egghead Island, home base of the scientist Dr. Vegapunk. However, the doctor’s research has raised red flags, setting events into play that will affect the rest of the world.
Written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, One Piece is among the most popular anime and manga series of all time. Since its debut in 1997, the manga is serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine and available translated into English for North American readers from Viz Media, while the anime appears on multiple media platforms, including Netflix.
