On Monday, July 1st, 2024, communities all across the Lower Mainland will mark Canada Day with festivities to mark our country’s 157th birthday.
These events will include First Nations performances, live entertainment, food trucks, games and, of course, fireworks! They’re all free to attend and family-friendly. Consider taking transit to get around, but be mindful as TransLink will operate on their holiday schedule and some routes may be modified to accommodate road closures.
Below is a list of events scheduled throughout Metro Vancouver, those marked with “🎆 Fireworks” will have pyrotechnic displays in the late evening. Visit the event’s website for further details.
