The latest work from Hiromu Arakawa is almost here! A new trailer for Daemons of the Shadow Realm was released, revealing a premiere date, opening and closing themes, and voice cast.
It will premiere on Saturday, April 4th, 2026. The song “Tobu Toki” (When We Fly) by Vaundy was selected as the opening theme, while “Let’s Fly” by yama will play over the closing credits.
The Japanese voice cast features:
- Kensho Ono as the voice of Yuru
- Yume Miyamoto as the voice of Asa
- Yuichi Nakamura as the voice of Dera
- Misaki Kuno as the voice of Gabu-chan
- Rikiya Koyama as the voice of Right
- Takako Honda as the voice of Left
- Miyuri Shimabukuro as the voice of Hana
- Junichi Suwabe as the voice of Jin
Daemons of the Shadow Realm is based on an original story by Hiromu Arakawa. The series is directed by Masahiro Ando, with series composition by Noburo Takagi; character designs and chief animation direction by Nobuhiro Arai; pair designs by Koji Sugiura and Yoshiyuki Ito; art direction by Tatsuro Onishi; art setting by Shuhei Tada and Nariyuki Ogi; colour design by Yukari Goto; photography direction by Zhang Yingying; 3D direction by Mizuki Sasaki; editing by Ayumu Takahashi; music by Kenichiro Suehiro; sound direction by Kazuhiro Wakabayashi; sound effects by Yasuyasu Ogata; and animation production by Bones Film.
