Rooster Fighter takes flight March 15 on Disney+ in Canada

VIZ Media has confirmed the anime adaptation of Rooster Fighter will premiere on Disney+ at 1:00 am PST (4:00 am EST) on Sunday, March 15th, 2026.

Produced in cooperation with HERO’S INC., Rooster Fighter will also appear on Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block at midnight on March Saturday, March 14th, 2026.

Its opening theme, “What’s a Hero?” by all-girl Japanese band DARUMA Rollin’, was previously announced as the opening theme.

VIZ Media describes Rooster Fighter as:

Shu Sakuratani’s Rooster Fighter has been running on the Comiplex manga platform since December 18th, 2020. In Canada, the English-translated manga is offered by VIZ Media in digital and print formats.
