Funimation revealed today that they’ll begin streaming two My Hero Academia OVA (original video animation) episodes on Saturday, August 15th, 2020.
These two episodes take place in the midst of the third season, when Class 1-A must demonstrate their survival skills before attempting to take their Provisional Hero License Exams. The students find quickly that these exercises are real and must team up and work together to successfully complete them.
Both episodes are being subtitled in English as they are streamed; they’re airing in Japan at the same time. Funimation is also planning a watch-along event, but will share further details closer to the date.
