LEGO® ONE PIECE Battle at Arlong Park

A first look at the upcoming LEGO ONE PIECE collaboration

Earlier this year, LEGO and Netflix revealed a partnership that would see building sets based off of the live-action ONE PIECE series.

Seven sets, launching on Friday, August 1st, 2025, recreate iconic scenes from the Straw Hats adventures through East Blue. Each will include a collectable “Wanted” poster for an infamous pirate from the series.

First up are two BrickHeadz sets — one of Monkey D. Luffy (product code 40799) and Buggy the Clown (product code 40800). BrickHeadz have oversized heads and smaller sized features, similar to other popular figures, but with all the details.

This is where it all began, the Windmill Village Hut (product code 75636). At just 299 pieces, it is the smallest set, featuring Minifigures of Luffy, Shanks and Makino. Also included is the fateful Gum Gum Fruit young Luffy steals a bite from.

Next up is Buggy the Clown’s Circus Tent (product code 75637) at 573 pieces. Beneath its red-and-white circus top are a water tank, spinning vertical table, and hanging cage, all obstacles the Straw Hats need to escape. Includes Minifigures of Buggy the Clown, Monkey D. Luffy, Nami and Zoro.

Beware of the crumbling pagoda in the Battle at Arlong Park (product code 75638). Here, this 926 piece set recreates the iconic battle between Luffy and Arlong, alongside a shooting gallery and forest. Minifigures includes Monkey D. Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Arlong, and Chu.

The Going Merry Pirate Ship (product code 75639) is a faithful rebuild of the Straw Hats’ first ship. At 1,376 pieces, this caravel is fully decked out with the crew’s unmistakable Jolly Roger emblem, red-and-white striped lateen sail, and four wanted posters. On board are Minifigures of Monkey D. Luffy, Sanji, Zoro, Nami and Usopp.

Finally, it’s the immense Baratie Floating Restaurant (product code 75640). It is the largest set of the collaboration, serving up 3,402 pieces and includes 10 Minifigures with Monkey. D Luffy, Sanji, Zoro, Nami, Zeff, Vice Admiral Garp, Helmeppo, Koby, and Dracule Mihawk. Like any good floating restaurant, it comes fully laden with all sorts of fun discoveries and five wanted posters.

ONE PIECE creator Eiichiro Oda is involved in the show’s production, serving as an executive producer alongside Marty Adelstein, and Becky Clements. Matt Owens and Steven Maeda are writers, producers and showrunners, with production by Tomorrow Studios and Netflix.

The series has proved popular, claiming number one in Netflix’s Global Top 10 Shows, accumulating 71,600,000 views in its first four months on the streaming service. A second season is being produced, though its premiere is not yet known.

Starring in ONE PIECE are Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu Arata as swordsman Roronoa Zoro, Taz Skylar as culinary whiz Sanji, Emily Rudd as thief Nami, and Jacob Romero Gibson as sharpshooter Usopp.

It has always been Luffy’s dream to explore the ocean, but in order to do so, he needs a crew and a ship. With an appetite for treasure, Luffy’s vision becomes reality, but not always in his favour. The competition to locate the legendary One Piece is fierce and this small band of pirates must evade other corsairs, and the relentless Marines…

First published in 1997, ONE PIECE has accumulated 105 individual manga volumes, over 1,050 anime episodes, 15 feature films, the most recent being ONE PIECE Film: Red, multiple video games, and a theme park in Japan. In North America, the ONE PIECE anime streams on multiple platforms including NetflixCrunchyroll, while VIZ Media handles the print and digital versions of the manga.
